Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned!

When will I get my order?

Delivery = processing time + shipping time. These vary by supplier and product, so please check individual product pages for accurate timelines. All timeframes are in business days.

Which carriers do you use?

Our suppliers work with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, ePacket, and local services. Carrier selection is automatic based on efficiency.

What if my order is delayed?

We do our best to ship on time, but delays from carriers or unforeseen events can happen. Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We'll notify you if we hear of major issues.

  • Non-returnable: Soaps and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.

How do I return an item?

  2. Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.
  3. Ship to the return address listed on your original package.
  4. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility.
